3. Every piece of our products is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory and is warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of ONE YEAR from the date of original purchase.

4. Should any trouble develop during the one-year period, and inspection shows the trouble is caused by defective workmanship or material, we will replace (or refund, at buyer's option) without charge. 

5. But we shall not be liable to take the responsibility for any problems caused by misused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care or carelessness (such as being dropped), or abnormal usage conditions

Q: Do you accept sample order?

A: Sample order is acceptable to support potential customers at a starting satge.

Q: Do you offer free sample?

A: No. Since all the battereis we supply are of high value, we cannot afford for free sample.

Q: What is the shpping time after an order confirms?

A: It really depends on the quantity you can order. First after an order confirms, we need to buy battery cells and other raw materials, and ususally it takes only 1-3 days to finish producing, then we need 1-2 days to do tests. Afterwards we can ship it RIGHT AWAY.
